1. When excavating, the wear volume loss of the outermost bucket teeth on both sides is 30% higher than that of the innermost bucket teeth. After a period of operation, it is better to exchange the position of the innermost and outermost bucket teeth;
2, the operator should pay attention to the digging angle when operating the excavator, it should be perpendicular to the object surface to prevent the bucket teeth from breaking due to excessive tilting;
3, the excavator arm should not swing horizontally when the resistance is high, otherwise the horizontal force is too large, easily causing the bucket teeth and bucket seat to break;
4, bucket tooth seat wear condition is also a key issue affecting the service life of excavator bucket teeth. It is best to replace the bucket tooth seat when the wear loss reaches 10%, because the larger gap caused by wear will change the force point between the bucket tooth seat and the bucket tooth, which may lead to the bucket tooth breaking;
5. The operating method also plays an important role in improving the utilisation of the bucket teeth. The excavator operator should pay special attention to the coordination of the operation to avoid damage caused by the bucket hitting the rocks.
