Due to the usual maintenance experience, the position of the rotating pilot handle and the normal handle changed, but the problem did not change. Handle vibration and solve the problem.
Observe the external safety valve and booster valve on the rotating machinery and check if there is any abnormality such as wear. Therefore, determine whether there is a problem inside the rotating motor, open the motor cover, and then directly check whether the contact surface of the distributor and the cylinder is badly worn. At this point, you can arbitrarily determine the cause of the failure of steering vibration.
Blindly replace and reinstall new parts to confirm that the fault remains. This problem is difficult to understand. In retrospect, no assembly error was detected during the assembly process. However, in order to solve this problem, just the rotary motor was disassembled and inspected, and no other problems were found after disassembly, and the assembly was not a problem.
After reassembling the parts, a small gap was found in the seal under the rotating mechanical brake cylinder, which was suddenly found to be the root cause of the failure.
Troubleshooting and Analysis:
After replacing the seal under the mechanical brake cylinder, reinstall the tester. It works fine and the handle does not wobble. Many people don’t know why the small gap in the seal wobbles the handle.
Now we know how the vibration motor releases the mechanical brake and lowers the safety lock. The mechanical brake releases 4 MPa of pilot pressure and overcomes the spring force to push the brake piston.
If there is a gap or wear at the seal, the brake distributor pump will not seal and the brake will take longer. The brake is not fully released when rotation begins, so the spring will vibrate for a while and the braking time will stop when rotation stops. The shortening effect is not significant and will cause shaking.
