What are the Serious Reasons for the Engine Wear of the Excavator?

Excavator intercooler is a device used to cool the intake air on turbocharged engines, which is an important part of the supercharging system. If the intercooler is damaged, the turbocharged engine needs compressed air to increase the air intake, and the compressed air will make the temperature rise, and the high temperature air entering the cylinder will easily cause explosive combustion and other dangers.

Intercooler failure phenomenon

  1. Check the air filter, supercharger, air filter to engine air line, check the connection of air intake pipe and intercooler for any abnormality.
  2. 8 engine, if the diesel oil line into the air causes the common rail pressure to drop, the injector will be controlled to rise, and the suction pressure will be reduced, so check the diesel oil line to confirm that there is no air in the oil line.
  3. If black smoke or holding the vehicle, check if the intercooler hose is blocked.

When you start the excavator, you find that all the lights on the dashboard are not lit and there is no response. You just need to follow the following steps.

  1. The battery is stored for a long time, the excavator’s internal computer version and GPS consume power, check whether the battery indicator is normal.
  2. Fuse, when the excavator is working, the fuse is blown due to excessive working current or local short circuit. Therefore, you need to check whether the main power fuse of the relevant indicator is blown. If damage is found, replace the fuse with the same specification. Please do not use copper wire winding instead.
  3. Whether the time delay fuse and the main power line are short-circuited or broken.
  4. Whether the engine antifreeze, oil, hydraulic oil, fuel, etc. are sufficient.
