The rectification pressure of main bleed valve and door bleed valve, the pressure of operating bleed valve is lower than the standard value.

Minimum maintenance procedures for Type 10 excavators:
First, is the hydraulic oil level correct? Correct.
Is the oil cooler clogged and the air flow obstructed? Ordinary
Is the oil cooler fan speed up to the specified value? Ordinary
Is the rectification pressure of main bleeder valve, bleeder valve and operation bleeder valve lower than the standard value? The standard value is normal.
Is the pressure of the main relief valve too high? The pressure is too high.
Check the limit load pressure and speed on the tester display
Adjust the ΔP screw to bring the ΔP pressure to 25 bar, turn the speed control lever to a very small limit and wait for the speed to stabilize. Check if the maximum load pressure and low speed are normal by the tester display. Press: the show-train release 4-5S with switch. If the teach light flashes fast, the engine speed is slow or the limit load pressure is not adjusted properly.
Check the governor lever potentiometer and final load pressure until normal. If the slow speed blinks, it is normal, then quickly turn the governor lever to the limit position. After the speed is stable, press the teach switch for about 1 second. When the teach light flashes rapidly, the speed lever will be pressed. Reach the speed limit (1000-1150rpm); when the speed is stable
Slowly increase the speed until the teach-in light starts to come on. The speed should be (1090-1400rpm) at this point. Press the teach switch again. When the indicator light starts to flash slowly, slowly increase the speed until the instruction light comes on. The speed should be (1470-1700rpm) when the light is on for a long time, and press the instruction switch again.
When the indicator light starts to flash slowly, please slowly increase the speed until the instruction light starts to come on, then change the speed to (2200)~2300rpm), then press it again and inform the switch. When the indicator light starts flashing slowly, slowly increase the speed to (2270-2420rpm).
At this point the indicator light flashes, press the notification switch, the indicator light comes on and then goes off, and the GLR indicator light on the right control panel goes off, indicating that the engine speed adjustment has been completed. Start the engine at 2160-2300 rpm.
